London law firm Charles Russell is future-proofing its e-mail management using a web-based system from Mimecast. Following an office move the company wanted to reduce the time spent on managing e-mail. The company moved from a having an e-mail scanning service to a full management one to reduce the difficult task of e-mail archiving and ensure compliance with data protection legislation. The deal also ensures the firm will have a record of all e-mails for a ten year period.
