A survey of 250 IT directors by IT consultant Touchstone Group says accessing and sharing business information within a company is the biggest challenge. More than 40% of those surveyed said IT support for such collaboration was a priority for next year. Demonstrating the business value of IT was the second priority (19%), with customer relationship management coming third (18%). Corporate spend control was in fourth place (16%), and innovation fifth (3%).
