Dell will buy Everdream, a provider of remote desktop management systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Dell will buy Everdream, a provider of remote desktop management systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. It is the fifth acquisition Dell has made. Everdream's technologies are going to complement those of acquisition number three, Silverback Technologies, which Dell acquired in May. Both deals are part of Dell's strategy of building out its management tools to help corporate buyers simplify their IT systems. The company calls this "Simplify IT". "Dell's buying spree continues unabated as it tries to fill gaps in its product and services strategies.
